Jamal was great! He took the time to do the job right and that was very appreciated.
Vincent advised me that the tankless water heater was improperly installed, might not be covered under warranty if a future claim arose, and would not pass inspection if I sold my home. I called Navien and they confirmed Vincent’s findings, further instructing that the original plumbing company call them for guidance on the repairs. I also contacted the home inspector I previously used and he confirmed the house would not pass inspection with the heater as installed.
