Brought my cat to get neutered and they left the i.v. in and when I got home I noticed. I had to go back for them to remove it. When they talked to me about it they had excuses of why it happened but never apologized or excepted that they made a major mistake. I have used them for years with great results. Seems over the years the care is not there I'm just another customer. They offered to give me a free follow up visit as if I would ever trust them again. STAY AWAY!
