Dr. Ventura and all her staff are exceptional! Dr. Ventura is so kind and thoughtful. She explains everything and answers all my questions so I stay informed. Love this practice! Give them all a 10!
No one called me back i'm in terrible pain can't drive or walk my ankle is so swollen and bruised and the tylenol isn't enough. I had a seizure and sprained it pretty bad and got x-rays at and urgent care and they said to reach out to my provider to see if they can help with something to get me threw while i heal as i still have to walk to get around. I keep being denied care and haveing false notes that are aiding in me not being able to seek care almost anywhere try once they see my records. Very disappointed and feel i'm ... read more

They are a very organized office they always welcome you when you get there I never had to wait my PA Sarah Miceli is very thorough let you talk and she will listen definitely would recommend again, very easy to talk to knows what she’s talking about. I could very well find a doctor in Watertown, but I’m really happy with sara and I will stay with her for a long time.
