I made an appt here, and cancelled it shortly after. They ask for a 48 hr notice, I cancelled 4 DAYS prior to appt. The cancellation wasn't acknowledged, I had to call and text multiple times over the ensuing 3 days to get it finally acknowledged and my $150 deposit refunded. I estimate 1.5 hours of my life were wasted on this. Every call had at least a 9 minute hold before being answered. But the b.s. wasn't over after that.
