Love the atmosphere, especially out on the deck. Food is very good and service is very good as well.
During restaurant week great live music and great food. Service is a little lacking, but we did have a big group. Definitely going back again!
Went on Tuesday during restaurant week. Ordered surf n turf, cost $30. Soup was way too thick & cold. Steak that was ordered medium well came with blood on the top & sitting in red blood, not medium well. Garlic smashed potatoes were also cold. Service was horrible as well, got water & menus then never saw anyone for 15 min so we went looking for our waitress. She was very embarrassed as she had forgotten us. We have been going to Nauti-Gal most Thursday nights for the past three summers to have dinner and listen to music. Both have mostly been disappointing this year. The food is alright one week and not so good the next and the same with the music. The staff really tries, but two weeks ago the cook was so behind they called another in to help and it took 45 minutes to get our food. It took an hour to get our food, and once we did, it was subpar (at best). Extremely stale chips and a greasy sandwich.
The setting is awesome. There were about 6-7 staff standing around and our waitress was running her butt off waiting on our party of about 16-20 people. Took about 30 minutes to get our pop. 45 minutes for appetizers. They said only apps because the cook didn't show up yet people at other tables had burgers. Chicken nachos were awesome once we received them. Our waitress was very nice and did her best but can't say much for the rest of the crew who stood around. Maybe I would try again.
Drinks menus are completely inaccurate, but they won't tell you until you order. Dirty glass, no service, one bartender at busy times. This place has gone completely down hill.
Had brunch there it was delicious and the staff was very helpful
