I had two appointments scheduled, a 12:15pm and a 12:30pm. However, I arrived to the appointments early, around 9:30am. I decided to speak with them to see if they were able to accommodate me earlier than my initially scheduled appointments. It took some calling and moving things around, but to my surprise they were able to accommodate both my appointments for earlier! This is one of the many reasons I enjoy this office. I used preferred dental for an emergency but soon realized this would be my choice for anything relating to my teeth. Not only is the staff talented and competent but they are also kind and caring. A great find!
So happy I contacted Preferred Dental. Was visiting from out of town and experienced a dental emergency. Preferred Dental was able to see me the same day ! Super smooth process from filling out forms online, courteous staff and NO WAIT! Dr. Patel who treated me could not have been more kind professional . If I lived closer I’d make preferred Dental my permanent go to dentist. Thank you !!!

I have been going to Preferred Dental for over 30 years. My kids are patients too. The staff is super friendly, Irene and Lin the hygienist are kind and make you super comfortable. Stephanie the dental assistant is sweet and ensures you're well taken care of. The dentist, both Dr. Traveti and Dr Patel are kind, thorough and answer all questions. And the Patient Coordinators are helpful with insurance coverage and scheduling. I'm super grateful for the care my family and I receive at Preferred Dental. Thank you!
