I had a filling done, didn't feel the injection for the numbing of the tooth, got my work done and left
I had two appointments scheduled, a 12:15pm and a 12:30pm. However, I arrived to the appointments early, around 9:30am. I decided to speak with them to see if they were able to accommodate me earlier than my initially scheduled appointments. It took some calling and moving things around, but to my surprise they were able to accommodate both my appointments for earlier! This is one of the many reasons I enjoy this office. Great experience
I used preferred dental for an emergency but soon realized this would be my choice for anything relating to my teeth. Not only is the staff talented and competent but they are also kind and caring. A great find!
So happy I contacted Preferred Dental. Was visiting from out of town and experienced a dental emergency. Preferred Dental was able to see me the same day ! Super smooth process from filling out forms online, courteous staff and NO WAIT! Dr. Patel who treated me could not have been more kind professional . If I lived closer I’d make preferred Dental my permanent go to dentist. Thank you !!!
