DO NOT BOOK! Tried to book these people, was told they would come out within a week to 10 days. After a week and a half of no communication, I called and was told the receptionist would have to speak to her manager. Did not receive a call back, and when I called back later that day, was told that it would be another week before I could get service. Keep in mind that I PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE! When I demanded a refund they told me it would take 2 weeks to get a refund! I cannot emphasize how unprofessional this business is!

Naturescape techs are very professional! I have used naturescape for many years and always satisfied with there service whether it is customer service or service from there techs.

After speaking with the owner, service improved dramatically and invoicing has been prompt and accurate. I would recommend Naturscapes as a company to check with if seeking landscaping/snow removal services. Company was good, but significant recent issues with invoicing and lack of service. Been getting charged for services barely done. Invoicing is frequently wrong. After calling to ask for service manager, was told there was no one else to talk to. Will be finding someone else.
