To someone that cares about our 100% Committed Customer Satisfaction. We are very dissatisfied with your customer service!!! I’ve called numerous times to talk about our last service. They have taken many notes and apologizes for management not getting back to me about our dissatisfaction. Our previous application was a very rushed job. This same truck (222) parks in front of my house with his truck and trailer every time he is working elsewhere. Blocking 3 out of 4 of my parking space. 9/10 he sits in his truck for 30-45 mins doing nothing. He’s not here to tend to my location yet he blocks all of my parking to my house making it so we can’t even park by our own home when we get home from work. Very frustrating.

Issues with weeds in lawn. Have been assured that the company will do an application to kill the weeds. Three weeks + have gone by since contacting them. Still waiting.
First time that I ever had mowing done for me. Was pleased with the job. The grass had been very high and I expected a.lot.of dead grass left. That was not the case. Was a.clean mow and the edge along flower beds trimmed.nicely. I had signed up for just.1 mow but have decided to go ahead for seasonal mow.
