We hired Naturescape in June to mow my lawn while we were away for the summer and came back in late August to this. We tried for two weeks to get them out to clean this up, but finally got frustrated when they wouldn’t send anyone out so we cancelled our service. We were charged for five mowings, but according to our neighbors they only mowed it twice. We asked for a refund for the extra billing, but did not receive one.
Great company, great service!
Absolute joke of a company. Claim 100% satisfaction but that's a lie. Original service they didn't notify before coming or even give the option so lawn could be prepped. As a result aeration was subpar with large areas of no plugs or barely any penetration. They offered to reperform the service and notify in advance. They even called and scheduled the day and said they would follow up. To someone that cares about our 100% Committed Customer Satisfaction. We are very dissatisfied with your customer service!!! I’ve called numerous times to talk about our last service. They have taken many notes and apologizes for management not getting back to me about our dissatisfaction. Our previous application was a very rushed job. We were supposed to receive Fertilizer, Broadleaf control, and liquid grasses control. The guy was there for 12 minutes which usually takes if done properly 30-40 minutes.
