Edit added: Since posting this review multiple leaders within Naturescape have reached out and apologized profusely for the service received. I do believe that they have retrained staff and expect the issues to not occur going forward. Really appreciate the understanding of the leaders within Naturescape. We signed up with Naturescape for snow removal, but apparently what we got was a suspense thriller—“Will They Ever Show Up?” Spoiler alert: still waiting. It’s now day 3 after a massive (brace yourself) 3-inch snowstorm, and despite multiple calls and promises of “we’ll be there later today,” our driveway and sidewalks remained… artistically untouched. Naturescape Cedar Rapids snow removal is now day 3 post a 3" snow storm and no show despite our regular calls confirming service. After promising to be out yesterday afternoon, and again failing to show up, my husband, with a heart condition, shoveled the sidewalks and enough of a path to get the trash bins out.
