I have used naturescape for many years. I took a break from them for a while. Like a year and I just had them come back. The young man that came to my house. Yesterday to do an aeration of my lawn was very honest in telling me that he couldn't aerate the backyard, because he couldn't get the real equipment or the right equipment through the gate. Ruben did an EXCELLENT job today He was responsible making sure that all of my concerns were completed. He answered all of my questions with a smile. Very friendly, seemed as though he was concerned about my lawn, as if it was his own. Hopefully he will be returning for upcoming lawn applications. Thank you Ruben for a GREAT JOB
I have used Naturescape-Waukegan office for many years. They always guarantee their work. It is in the message when you call them. They want the customer to be happy. Well, it is not that way any more. It is the complete opposite. The woman who knew what she was doing and was wonderful to deal with retired. They knew this well in advance.
