We do not use there service My next door neighbor does She will now be informed on how this is the third time we have them blowing trash stuck in her yard into ours I put the trash back in her yard told the guy it's not ours please pick it up your on camera This man pick it up waited till I went into the house and threw it in our trash can Our you serious why are stepping food on my property what so ever Bad service I will be posting the videos all over social media
I pay for 5 treatments a year and aeration. As long as I keep the grass high, it is very green and abundant. Wonderful results. Really happy with NatureScape
We are very happy with our service. They text me the day before, and morning of to let me know when they will be out. We have dogs so this helps to get them out beforehand. They explained every option available so we can choose the right option. Our lawn is starting to look really nice since we hired them!
My yard has never looked better when using Nature Scape. They give me a call the day before they apply the latest treatment. And I have had them come back if they miss a spot. No problem at all. They want happy customers.
I'd give negative stars if I could. I talked with the GM before signing up as I was assured we'd be taken care of. After the first spray and subsequent re-spray for missing half the yard, I was told that he's no longer the GM. Needless to say there is nothing but turnover and no one cares about quality work. I just went out and plucked 14 dandelions from my yard. Will not be returning for next year even if they gave me service for free.
