My yard doesn't look any different than it did when I hired them and yes, I followed directions. I canceled their services. Their billing department doesn't return calls and after I thought it was all worked out and paid my bill (after speaking to someone end of last year), they send me to collections. Ridiculous. Tru Green is the way to go!

This company is horrible.They killed our grass,we spent a lot of money and it was looking great in spring until they got a hold of it.I would not even give them 1 star but you have to...I guess since I have to,we can say they Portray as if know what they are doing,but clearly they don't..A good company should be concerned that customer is not happy, but not them.When we cancelled our service there was no questions asked or how to rectify the situation!!!!!! If allowed I would give them nothing but zeros.Mary Yount
I just read another review about this company saying they have "horrible service" and I don't quite understand why. I purchased my home in July of 2015 and immediately I contacted Natures Select to improve the condition of the lawn. I signed up for the basic lawncare program and had my yard aerated (sp.) and overseeded in the Fall of 2015 and it is now mid-March and my yard looks FANTASTIC.
