Natures Rain came to my house to fix some issues with my system after I had to change companies because of poor customer service and communication. Kara and her crew were thorough, fixed an issue I’d had and got a section up and going that wasn’t working correctly for several years. She walked me through everything they did. I highly recommend her and Nature’s Rain for your sprinkler/ irrigation needs!

called on thur for leak repair. no callback till following thur. said she thought someone was sent but no record. second time of this nature. when the current leak was repaired the leak was a repair they previsely repaired. don't do business. i called to cancel winterazation and she did not even ask why i was cancelling. customer care is awful.
HORRIBLE. I paid $80 to have irrigation turned on this summer. It was never turned on a hundreds of dollars worth of shrubs and trees died. They still charged me. I have been attempting to get my irrigation closed and get ZERO response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
