Loyal customer for two years, but this visit made it clear something's changed. Ordered a Large PB&J Smoothie with a couple of standard subs (acai scoop instead of the non-fat yogurt, almond milk instead of soy) and ended up paying $14.25 for a cup that came about 3/4 full. When I asked about it, staff explained that swapping out the acai scoop reduces the total volume, which is fair enough as an explanation, but it's not something posted anywhere or mentioned at checkout.
