It's really awesome placing an order online and receiving notification that it's done then driving clear across town and then being told to wait in line only to get up to the bud tender and then tell you that nobody picked your stuff - without telling you that - so they go around the corner and secretly get everything which proceeds to take 5 to 10 minutes and throw it in a bag and act like it was done before you got there. So the time I was trying to save completely redundant Thank you very much.

New management is trash. I’ve shopped at the store for years and with the recent changes, I will no longer be going. It’s horrible to go into a dispensary and leave in a bad mood due to horrible customer experience.
