Sucks to leave a 1 star review - there are some good people that work here. The Garden City location consistently gives a bad experience. I'd recommend to go anywhere else if you don't want to deal with exceptionally rude budtenders. The Milliken location is pretty nice.
Always very helpful!
Online ordering system is broken and they won't have your order and can't find it. Three employees were rude and defensive about it and kept saying it's not their fault instead of having any customer service.

Attention: Don’t go by the mis-worded/guided “sales” on the website! When you see “Sale Ending Soon” what do you expect customers? Just that, not that the company would purposely put an ad out earlier to make you to have to purchase something today and come back again for the deal. For a one cent item. Two days and one penny for a repeat customer?! Properly phrase your UPCOMING sales on your website for these customers to come back!
