unprofessional staff. The person who comes in after 7:00 AM is incredibly rude. Despite claiming to be First-Come, First-Served (FCFS), there is absolutely no system here. When asked, they simply said they will unload whichever truck fits the dock space first. To make matters worse, they don't even start working until 8:00 AM, even though people are waiting from 7:00 AM. Total waste of time for truck drivers
First time coming here to drop off and Rene really helped me out. Told me what door to park where to put the product and was very kind and professional. Thank you Rene for your help.
