Yes online ordering was the easy part. Out of N item declined the order then reconfirmed it without the out of stock item. No one seems to know where anyone is supposed to be. What is the purpose of giving pick up times if they aren’t followed. Told to get in and out of line several times. Never let in the store and then told if the order was declined to replace the order. Need a better system so so many people aren’t gathering in one place. Either the system sucks or not enough people to manage it properly.
Recommendedway better in terms of online pre/ordering, knowledgeable, friendly, inviting, customer service driven staff over a dispensary in mundelein, definitely worth an extra 10-15 min drive for me to make sure I am going to get what I am wanting, the price online includes their taxes. just an overall better experience and better dispensary with alot more for rec users. 10/10 I am making the switch to Nature's Care

I'm in the medical program and they only sold me a half ounce. I usually get two or two and a half ounces from Rockford. The staff was cool and all, but the selection was very limited for flower as well. Since I'm halfway between Rolling Meadows and Rockford, I'll be going back to Rockford, where I only have to go a few times a year instead of every month, and have more of a choice for the same prices.
The facilities are very warm and inviting. The staff is Awesome. And most of all, I Love the selection and the fact that they put their Medical customers come 1st. I've been to many other dispensaries in the area and this is by far my Favorite. Online ordering is the best. Now I know ahead of time that what I want will be there waiting for me, no more hoping and praying that they don't run out of what I want. 5 Stars! ✌👀

went in yesterday pre ordered in and out in literally 15 min they got their stuff on point and got some fire
