Great therapists and superb customer service.
Went in for a collagen facial at Naturelogica day spa and it was amazing!! I was greeted by the owner Treash, she showed me around and I even got to try one of their wellness teas with many benefits! The facial was so nice and relaxing, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin after! The collagen mask, steam, hot towel, serums, and even a facial massage was all really relaxing! I recently had my first massage session with Trish, and it was an amazing experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled having completed her training in Europe and built a solid career in the Middle East before coming here. Trish uses only natural oils for her therapy, which adds a soothing and holistic touch to the whole experience. Extremely unprofessional! I had an appointment for 11:15am and when I arrive there is no one inside and the door is locked. Tried reaching out with no answer. I’m very disappointed with their lack of communication and service.
Great facial and environment. Spa looks beautiful and the staff is friendly. Would highly recommend
