Called for an estimate, the person on the line was so arrogant, I would say customer service is lacking greatly, it's always nice to be courteous when somebody calls just to get information.

After months of research and many interviews, we went with Robert and Nature Soft Water Systems for our whole home water filtration and softening system. I recommend Nature Soft water. No more hard water spotting and my skin and hair feels great.l had a salt free water softener before and now noticed that it did not work. I found out that those other one's don’t remove the hard water elements. I am so happy.
It was time to replace my old water softener. I already knew what l wanted. I found Nature soft water they came out and installed a new system for less than l paid for my rainsoft 20 years ago. Thank you
