We love our new filtration system! Robert was very professional and knowledgeable, walked us through the whole process. Couldn’t recommend more
Can’t say enough good things about Robert and our new water filtration system! It cost so much less than I expected and has virtually no maintenance. The installation process was smooth, quick, and super easy. I highly recommend Nature Soft Water Systems!
Do not hire Robert. A couple of years ago, I paid him in cash for a water heater, full water softener system, and RO unit. Since then, he’s been charging $275 a year to replace filters. Now, he’s impossible to reach, and I’ve learned he’s not even working anymore. He sells systems he can’t (or won’t) service. Avoid at all costs.
Amazing customer service and an amazing company. I give 100% on home service. Very professional and trustworthy as well as friendly.
Called for an estimate, the person on the line was so arrogant, I would say customer service is lacking greatly, it's always nice to be courteous when somebody calls just to get information.
