Do not hire Robert. A couple of years ago, I paid him in cash for a water heater, full water softener system, and RO unit. Since then, he’s been charging $275 a year to replace filters. Now, he’s impossible to reach, and I’ve learned he’s not even working anymore. He sells systems he can’t (or won’t) service. Avoid at all costs.
Amazing customer service and an amazing company. I give 100% on home service. Very professional and trustworthy as well as friendly.
Called for an estimate, the person on the line was so arrogant, I would say customer service is lacking greatly, it's always nice to be courteous when somebody calls just to get information.

After months of research and many interviews, we went with Robert and Nature Soft Water Systems for our whole home water filtration and softening system. Robert did a fantastic job installing the system. He was met with some unexpected challenges due to the hardness of our soil but he met it with a smile and ensured the work was done well.
