This is the first negative review I have ever written on Google. I booked an appointment 7 weeks ago for a massage and had purchased a Groupon voucher to use for this appointment (which the business was aware of). A week before my appointment I received an automated text stating the appointment was cancelled and that they would not accept or participate with Groupon. Stay away from this business! I was really excited to get a massage here, also because of the good reviews. I found them through Groupon and booked a 60 minute massage with them. They asked me if I was using Groupon and I said yes. I had confirmed the appointment 10 days out. Then, at 11:00 PM the night before my massage, I received a text saying they no longer accept Groupon and will be cancelling my appointment. No explanation. Terrible experience, I scheduled an appointment for March 16, 2024 at 5pm and Gabriela cancelled at 12:30pm day of the appointment. She then rescheduled my appointment for March 23, 2024 at 2:30 pm when I arrived the store was closed I called and texted Gabriela and didn’t receive a response. It unfortunate to say how this company is either scamming people or just ran unprofessionally. I also paid in full for the service and I have to go through my bank for my refund. Please stay away from this business.
