Sadly, this place has gone way downhill. I got the most mid massage of my life here. It also just seems too crowded now. The last time I went was the real deal breaker for me. There was a fairly large group and they were talking loudly non-stop, which made it hard to relax. I mentioned it to the front staff person and she just did not care at all. It was like I was the problem for bringing it up! I like to be able to rest and zone out when I'm at the spa, so this isn't a fit for me.

I find this center to be highly irresponsible and unaccountable to its clients. They canceled my appointment twice with very short notice and gave unconvincing reasons both times. The first time, they stated that the person providing the service was ill and unavailable, and the second time, a different reason was offered. While emergencies can happen, what was truly disappointing was their inability to arrange a replacement in a way that respected my time and needs. I had a few hours to kill before a late flight and booked a massage and 1 hour thermal circuit. It was just what I needed. The massage by Diane was incredible - she took a really intuitive approach and just went where she needed to go which I loved. It felt very organic. The thermal circuit is very small and intimate but it was perfect for what I needed. However, know that it isn't a big Nordic spa with multiple hot/cold pools. I’ve always enjoyed it here but would caution any pregnant people to be careful booking the prenatal massage in your third trimester. I ended up having to cancel short notice (for labour) and no exceptions were made to the cancellation policy.
