I've been a semi-regular customer at Nature Folk for several years. Recently, I missed an appointment after mistakenly booking the wrong time (confusing AM and PM). I understand they have a cancellation policy, and I did attempt to cancel when I realized the mistake, although it was less than 24 hours before the appointment. Have been coming here since their original location and it used to be my go to spot for massages and sauna treatments, but since the new ownership has begun, it’s gone downhill fast. The final straw was when my husband booked a thermal circuit for mother’s day. When i arrived for my appointment, it was evident they had money grabbed and overbooked the day.
