Poor customer service. Did not show when they said they were. When we finally spoke with someone that answered the phone the said they were not charging us !! Well. They did!! I have a section of my yard that was just replanted. The worker drove thru my newly planted yard. WTH. Who does that. They don’t respond to email or Facebook messages. Run. Run away
Started cutting my over grown yard last summer, then this season they said they couldnt cut my over grown lawn(even though they already have before) and have been over charging me as if they had been cutting it.
Rude lady answers phone. Doesn’t listen.

I have had so much difficulty with the new billing system, and getting anyone to respond to emails is impossible. We are part time residence, and I used to get invoices that told me when we received service, now I don't, despite multiple requests. I feel fairly certain I have been double billed, but can't get anyone's attention. In addition, they have damaged our fence and gate.
