Did the opposite of what I asked but hair was styled well after.
I specified to only cut an inch off my natural hair and that I did not want to do a big chop. Left with about 5 inches being cut off. Hair was styled well after.
I did not have a good experience. She was nice over the phone and professional but after about 6 years of having nanosmoothing with 3 other Huetiful Hair Affiliates between DFW and Austin, I can say, now that I've taken 24 hours to reflect on my experience that I have concerns with the particular technique used, the overall professionalism, the final results of my hair(style, texture, hardness, breakage, fluffy edges and nape as well as the smell) and the cost.
