RecommendedAbout 5 years ago when I moved back to Reno I was panicked- as all curly girls are when they have to find a new hairdresser. I was fortunate to find Carleen and even more blessed not to be on the waiting list for long. My hair is AMAZING and healthy, it looks better than it ever has and I owe it all to Carleen and her fabulous staff. Monday at Carleen is my favorite!

I always thought i had straight hair. Carleen uncovered curl that i had no idea existed. Not only that, but I look forward to my regular visits as my time to be pampered and fussed over. Top shelf treatment. Carleen and her team are the best.

She taught me how to take an unruly head of hair and turn it into a glorious crown of curls! It’s a relaxing couple of hours full of positive vibes and pampering. The experience is Amazing😉 I Love ❤️ my special me time in Carleens bright happy salon. I super love all the bonus extras. The way her and her team work together to deliver an unforgettable experience is like magic. It’s much more than the great hair I leave with, its happiness and Joy in my soul.
I loved the way Carleen cut my hair but unfortunately after three years of getting my hair done by her she sent me an email telling me that she no longer wanted me as a client because it was no longer profitable for her to service me. I was very disappointed because it is very difficult for me to find a stylist due to my hair type (4a). I understand business is business but I wish she had handled it more professionally after so many years working with her.
