One of the best nail salons in Philly, I got compliments from everyone!
Naturale just keeps getting better and better. For nails, it is one of the few salons where the special ("Serene Sessions") are truly *real* spa mani/pedi (a real massage, real add-ons, real care and quality), while still being affordable. I love working with Blanca and Ly, but everyone there is great.
Edit: had an issue where staff asked me to tip and pay in advance of the service—tipping in advance seemed strange. The manager immediately reached out by text to address the issue and offer a free manicure- it seems to have been a mix-up as opposed to a policy. Updating the rating accordingly!
I am so glad I found Naturale Salon. It is such a relaxing experience there. There are no harsh chemical smells. The atmosphere is calming. My nails have never looked better. I would recommend this salon to everyone.
