I appreciate the heads up notice that Jeffrey sends out and actually responds to my return responses .
Stephen always does a great job. He's very polite and always calls before coming. If I find weeds that were missed all i have to do is call and he comes back out no questions ask. NatuuraLawn will be my lawn care company again next year.
Bad job
I saw no improvement in my lawn after over a year of service — complete waste of time and money. I clearly asked them to cancel my contract, but they kept coming and continued charging me. Poor results, poor communication, and billing after cancellation is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
Great service. Gabe is the best tech.
