From start to finish Chuck and his crew were spot on with the entire process. They were polite, friendly and professional with extra attention paid to every detail. Chuck added a focal point at our fireplace that was just what we wanted. We’re so glad we chose solid wood flooring over the other options available today. I recently got my floors refinished by Natural Wood Flooring. These guys did an Amazing Job. They had their work cut out for them, my floors previously had been painted, scratched and beat up pretty bad. They came in and were trust worthy and communicated the best plan of action. They were efficient and detail oriented and made my floors look beautiful again.
