Good prescription of medicine but poor customer service and attitude. After I met the doctor and waited for my medicine, the lady in counter shouted at me not to wait in the store because I’m sick. I needed to wait outside the store. Feeling disrespectful.
I haven’t personally been seen by the doctor but I’ve accompanied a few of my family members here over the years. The doctor seems experience and knowledgeable. The only thing I have reservation on is the customer service at the front. The lady who works here has a bit of an attitude and tends to give unsolicited advice. There were times where the doctor advised that we should be all set after this round of herbs and wouldn’t need to come back.
