We have had no problems with the system. The price was excellent and they have done what they said they would do. I gave them a four versus a five because a few months ago we did have a billing issue but we resolved it.

This is not a professional company!!!! I would strongly advise everyone to stay with a major water softener company that has a good history. The owner, Rose came out to make the sale and promised the world to us. She stumbled a bit and I am figuring it out now. Rose was looking for a plumbing drain while at our home and said that since there was not one close that she would drain the backwash onto the driveway/ yard with no problems. This is a terrible company with no customer service, they will tell you how good the service is and how they will stand by the product but in the end it is all lies. I would advise anyone looking to get a water filtration system/ softener to avoid them at all cost.

We did not have any issues and the system performs as stated, except that I do use more potassium than she predicted. My install was a replacement for a softener that was too small and very old. The install was into a garage closet where everything was pre-pumbed and pre-wired, so I did not face any of the issues another reviewer did. Those "tests" that most water softener installer sperform are just precipitate tests and are showy but pretty wothless.
