Worst experience ever. I wanted to do a U cut and it turned out into something in a shape like half U and half straight cut. When I said I can’t see the U shape and one side was lengthier than the other, the stylist (don’t know her name, she is with white hair and was wearing colourful hair strings) she was not ready to accept it and she gave me a mean look. my 2026 new year’s resolution is to defend the younger me who never spoke up for myself. Starting with this review, which i should have made about 6-7 years ago? Def wasn’t worth the price I paid for which was 75 before tax . I had a quick trim my hair cut was under 15 min very rushed the older Guy did not even wash my hair !!!! Or style it but I figured maybe that wasn’t include in a hair cut with them until I got to check out and they told me the price ?!
