I was honestly disappointed with my haircut experience. I showed a reference picture of exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked completely different from the photo and not like the style I asked for. The haircut itself looked very basic, and overall I wasn’t happy with the outcome for the price.
All the staff memebers are so friendly. Special thanks to monikha , she did magic to my hair and also to my frnd hair. I really liked your work. You just made our day by turning us so beautiful.
I just got waxed by rachael.she was excellent I highly recommend her for waxing needs
My wife had a facial waxing service here and developed visible burn-like marks immediately after. The skin is damaged, We returned to the store and were told a manager would call, but after multiple follow-ups, we have received no response. We have documented the condition with photos and also sought medical advice. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing. Hoping the management addresses this matter promptly.
