Very disappointing experience! I was quoted around $80 before the appointment but was charged $113 at checkout. A massage that was discussed beforehand was not provided. I also showed reference photos for the haircut, but the result felt more like a basic trim on dry hair and looked very different from the style requested. Overall, the service and final pricing did not match my expectations, and I was disappointed by the lack of transparency.
Highly recommend! Monikha did my hair perfectly. Will definitely come back again for more.
