One of the stylists or stylists’ friend wasn’t wearing a mask even though she was talking a lot and in other workers faces while talking. If you’re going to demand others to wear a mask, you have to enforce the mask rule to the workers too.
I’m seeking assistance with a “Natural Sister’s Hair Salon” order from 6/4/2020. It’s now 8/15/2020 & 1) USPS tracking is still showing this same status (shipping label printed) 2) but I still have not received the order 3) I contacted them multiple times across various communication channels for 2.5 months & they’ve replied ZERO times They’re advertising & selling, but and not following thru on delivering orders Terrible customer service!!! 😡😡

I guess you can't trust anyone that says Hurbs instead of (hERBS). I Learned my lesson. You can't not have a business and never get back to your customer. Word of mouth can make or break you. In this case, they still making money but not delivering on the promise. Plus you add first class shipping but it only shows that it is preshipped or however you want to call it. Just received my products yesterday so I just washed my hair with the detox shampoo it smell really good and I used the deep conditioner tea and rosemary everything has a nice smell I’ll keep u updated with the results

I love this product my hair feel so fresh and smells so good.
It took for every to get my order , then I get it and the products are all over the inside the box and the bottles one small mega growth butter .. lol was empty and lids broken on bottles I’m not happy at all after all the money 💰 I spent
