RecommendedI had my first float last weekend and it was Wonderful! I scheduled another float for next weekend! My mind and body were both refreshed when I got out of the pod. I didn't find it scary at all and I did it in total darkness. ( That doesn't mean others will feel the same, that was just my experience.) 5/5 Friendly staff, clean facility and good pricing overall! Can't wait for my next Float! Hope this review is helpful, if you are on the fence, go for it!
I enjoyed my first experience today. One hour and twenty minutes in the float tub was awesome! I’ll be back soon! The price was very affordable!
This was my first float and I will be doing it again. I wasn’t sure about it going in, but came out extremely relaxed. Fingers crossed it will help with pain relief as well as I keep going. Only downside is the sulfer smell of the shower water but not really a big deal. I definitely recommend giving floating a try.
This was my first and last float. I am extremely claustrophobic and even with the lid open I could not do it. I could not relax at all, I could feel myself tensing up and I was sure I was doing myself more harm than good. The other part I did not enjoy was the fact that shower water smells like rotten eggs.
I am still reaping the benefits from my float last week!! Awesome place, friendly staff..ill be back!
I love my floats at Natural Refine! I have done 4 floats and I have seen an improvement in my knee pain. I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Already have my next float scheduled :)
Gave up after 30 minutes. Only way I could float was to unnaturally arch my back othewise I was sitting on the floor. She said they add water on Saturdays. after 30 minutes bothered my back so much it was not worth the time. remote to turn off the lights in the room didn't work. The Shower you take Before & After your session their water smells like your bathing in a sewer. The workers explanation was yup we have well water. I grew up with well water and it doesn't smell like that
I’m claustrophobic so I though I might have a hard time but no problem! Lights out and lid closed. I did fine. This was super relaxing and I’ll def do it again!
An amazing experience with a great friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone willing to float!
