I had been suffering with IT band syndrome since my knee replacement ( a month prior). I had not been sleeping, as it seemed to be worse when I was laying down. I had asked my Orthopedic Surgeon and GP ( both prescribed medication). On a whim I made an appointment with Dr. Carr ( I had never been to a chiropractor), he diagnosed where the pain was coming from and told me “dry needling” would help. He did the needling and within minutes I had relief. So grateful I can sleep again!
