Very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. Stopped in hoping to learn about non allergenic foods and left a loyal customer. Very happy they are close to where I live.
Wow. I went to the 'Natural Pet NW' store to get some dog food for Charlie my room mates dog, because she is out, and my room mate Lauren is working. And asked if they had any cat food for around $10 or under because I have 2 homeless kittens that live In the bushes across the street that I feed. And the lady back tracked and pointed at a big bag of cat food on the counter and said I could have it... Then she said hold on I will be right back. Great customer service, and they answer questions when asked. My dogs love their treats, too. Our schnauzer has skin allergies, and by purchasing natural grain-free foods and treats he seems to have improved. I like their bulk treat selections too.
I keep coming back because of the excellent customer service. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in and they always have treats for my Roscoe. Plus they have everything you need for your pet. We love this place!!
The staff here are amazing and helpful!! We special order our dog food from them about once a month and every time we get our dog's nails trimmed by the neighboring store we stop in to get treats.
I was so glad to stop in after a friend referred me here. The ladies are fantastic at knowing their products and made several suggestions based on our situation. They even sent us home with samples first to make sure that my furred girl would like the food I was thinking of switching to. They do have a food loyalty program and I love supporting local.
