I bought a halter for my small older dog, sight unseen as an employee fitted it on her. 15 minutes later after driving home, I removed it and found a hole in the halter. I tried to return it but was denied an exchange or money return because they told me my small old dog bit the halter and created the hole. What kind of product is this that is made for dogs but rips when put onto a dog? The halter was removed by me and my dog did not bite it. I feel this store sells faulty products and does not care about their customers.

The kind of place that knows you and your pets by name AND they are incredibly knowledgeable. We love visiting with their Boxers behind the counter! We look forward to buying dog food each month just so we can visit with them! 🤗
Our go-to store. I operate 2 doggy daycares and have needs from food to crates to specialized items. They are knowledgeable and accommodating.
First time shopper here... Good selection of nutritious dog foods, but I was her to let my big pups pick a new toy and sniff at the snacks.
Very nice store. Knowledgeable people that really care about animals. Most dog food is at the lowest price you can find, even online. There’s really no reason to ever go anywhere else
This is the best pet store in town. Customer service is top notch. I really look forward to picking up pet every couple weeks.
