Kim is fantastic. Really takes her time in understanding you and your pet's needs with her vast knowledge. My husky, Thor, was ready to hang out all day with her.
I contacted Kim for advice about what kind of food I should buy for a puppy that we are getting soon. She was amazing!!!! She has nothing to gain by helping me, I live too far away to buy food from her but she answered all my questions and showed concern and had great advice. Anyone that lives in the area and has pets should stop by and check this store out!!!!
