When I have nutritional questions, I always go to Kim. She always goes the extra mile to provide service to her customers and cares deeply about their animals.
I rave to everyone I can about how awesome Natural Pet Essentials is! I needed to make some dietary changes for my fur family members and my vet recommended NPE knowing I wanted the food options they carry. Kim has been so helpful! One difficult stage she has been so educational and supportive with is when my dog was diagnosed diabetic. I have known the owner of this shop for a long time. We go back to a time when holistic dog and cat food was still very hard to come by and only available in small select shops. While Kim and her Gang is now out of the state where I live, I still reach out to her for food knowledge. She’s always been super helpful and she’s always up to date on all the newest info relating to holistic pet food. I trust her advice and she will never steer you wrong. If I could, I would only take my business to her.
