Great place, nice nail techs, regular customer service. The only minor issue I had was an unrealistic time wait. They stated there was a 20 min wait, but I waited about 45min. If they would have been honest, I would have had no issues.
It was dirty in there. And the pedicures did not last. I will not go again.
I was a long-time patron of this salon, and I am always polite, understanding, and tip very well for the services. Susan does great work, and she has a great personality. But many of the other nail techs aren't as pleasant and skilled. They have really awful customer service. They're very rude and unapologetic when they error. I would not recommend this salon to anyone unless they are going to see Susan.
