Probably the worse service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. I specifically asked multiple times for my shellac polish on my toes to be soaked off, not filed, but the technician went ahead and filed everything off completely. This is not the correct or safe removal method and it left my toenails thin, sore, and damaged. My service also felt rushed and far from relaxing.
