Walked in for a brow wax. Asked for clean up and was very specific I did not want thin brows. The natural arch of my brows is easy to follow and I’ve never had such a horrible experience! She left my brows bald, appearing like straight lines. When I asked her to just stop the service because it was not what I asked for, she continued to say these brows were “trendy”. I left beyond upset
Took my date and I here, employees were wonderful and we had a great experience! Would recommend!
Went in for a eyebrow wax the lady was rushing she finished less than 2 minutes & left little hairs around my eyebrow shape & when she was waxing my brows she took a few hairs from my scalp & dropped wax all over my hair she was so messy & unprofessional! It’s like she was rushing to get back to another client will never be coming back ! FIRSt & last
