Very insulted by Lilly and all staff. She refused my mother because she doesn’t like being told what to do apparently!
Very unprofessional. I went today with my two year old niece. As soon as we walked in I told them I needed a fill and she would be getting her toes painted. We picked our colors and took a seat. As I picked up my niece to put it in my lap she dropped the bottle of polish. It didn’t break. It was just something that happened when I picked her up. everyone was pleasant and my nail tech made sure I was happy. of course being a cosmetologist and knowing the procedures makes me pretty picky! not sure what her name was, but I came home happy, and my nails look like the picture I showed her! thank you!
