They were very expensive for the level of service they offered. I received a mani pedi and was very dissatisfied with both. They did not file my feet at all and my heels were still dry and rough after they finished. Also I asked for square nails with slightly rounded corners and they gave me rounded almond shaped nails, one of which was completely crooked. I always get french ANC. They only turn yellow when I get them done here. I even tried a color and they turned yellow. They use fake product, Not true ANC product. This is the reason for the yellow.
My ANC nails started coming off in a day and I had terrible service. When I walked in I asked if they could do ombré and they said yes so I was picking out colors. I was told to hurry up. Then they said about 5 minutes later that they actually couldn’t do ombre today. Then they took a few people that came in after me that were also waiting and that were getting ANC first because I took “too long to pick out a color.”
