I recently moved to New Canaan and tried three other nail salons before coming here. The others rushed me out with thick, sloppy pedicures that smudged in my shoes or used old polish that chipped within one day. After the third place actually made me bleed, I was about to give up and just go to the city for my nail care. I'm so glad I gave Natural Nail a shot. Usually, I'm not eager to write negative reviews, but I needed to share. When you walk into a nail salon and ask if they have room for a mani/pedi, and they say "yes", sit you down in a chair, and tell you to remove your shoes, I kind of think that you mean that you have the room now, not in 45 minutes from now when you're finished with the pedicure that you just started. Att:!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! I use to come here before and use to like it. But the last time I came in for a nail gel removal they charge me for $35 dollar which is insane it’s almost like I got charge for mani and pedi. It happened awhile ago and I just suddenly remembered to write a review. The lady that cleaned my nails was horrible my skin actually got cut from filing to hard she cut my nails too short than what I requested.
