Took me in last minute, very sweet and professional thx again!
The person who assisted me was very friendly, prompt, and gave me a nice hand massage. However, they damaged my nails quite badly when removing the gel and used very low-quality products. Just two days later, one of my nails was already damaged, and within four days, two had broken because they were so weakened. Here I'm posting a photo showing how my nails look five days after the gel application.
For my first day back at work in the new year I thought I'd treat myself to having someone else take care of trimming/shaping/polishing my nails. Nothing fancy, just a basic manicure with standard nail polish. Maria was really good at that, and was kind enough to use the nail polish color I brought with me from home, which I appreciated. My experience at Natural Image Boston was awesome! Maria is such a sweet person and she feels like family. She took her time for my gel manicure and basic pedicure and they came out amazing! The price is affordable and reasonable - a hidden gem! The salon is in the lower level inside of an office building, it's clean and cozy.
