Always a friendly staff and excellent service.
Very professional and nice people
Beth is experienced and very knowledgeable. She answered my questions about previous hearing aids I purchased before. One set doesn't differentiate between sounds, only controls volume, and makes loud painful clicking sounds when in the range of automated soap and towel dispensers. The other takes a month to get back after taking it in for battery issues. Natural Hearing only takes 2 days or 2 weeks if they have to send it to the manufacturer. I am looking forward to my new hearing aids.
