I purchased a gift certificate for $75.00 and it was accidentally thrown out. When I called the manager she told me I should of put it in a better place, not the reply I should of had to hear. I asked if she would still Honor the GC and she replied NO. She wasnt willing to try & help me at all! I can't get over how aweful she treated me! I work in the customer service business myself and WORD of mouth is Huge! I will let customers know not to go there. very disappointed Customer.
