Always do my baby right
I love this hair salon. The owner, Novia, has been doing my natural hair for over 24 years. She did my big chop, started my locks, and now styling curly fro. People always stop and compliment me on my hair.
I had a frustrating experience during my second visit. I was quoted $80 over the phone for a wash and press on a sew-in that had been installed at this same salon just two weeks earlier. When I arrived, the stylist was late, and the appointment ended up taking nearly as long as the original install. I sat under the dryer for over 3 hours before realizing something was off—the equipment didn’t seem to be working properly, yet I was told I still had a long way to go.
