I'm giving this a three because the products are great and the employees who work there are nice. Everyone, except the manager who has been there at least since the summer of 2010. I've been a customer since 2007. The man is a White male, probably 30's to 40's, tall, jet black hair, and wears glasses. I noted that so that you will know what he looks like.
