Highly professional, very caring, and highly effective. Both the nurse and the doctor Jennifer are very helpful in terms of calming down my nervousness. My first time procedure with them, fast and effective, really they have resolved my dental problem. I also like their products being natural and non-toxic. Highly recommend!
Update after my implant surgery. I'm having a hard time writing this because the truth is that my surgical experience at Natural Dentist, with Dr. Baer and her team, (Deanne at the front desk and Sandra assisting) was like an amazing dream. When it was all over, I was super happy that I felt no pain, had no swelling, felt relaxed and actually enjoyed being in the dentist chair in a dental office. Exceptional experience. Dr. Tipograph conducted a highly thorough oral examination and evaluation. She provided excellent recommendations for improving my oral health and hygiene without pushing for any unnecessary procedures. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and the billing process was completely straightforward and transparent. I recommend this practice for your oral healthcare.
Sad to say I’ve become a pain in the butt patient due to highly reactive metal sensitivities and autoimmune issues which have led to some dental anxiety. Both Dr. Baer and Dr. Tipograph have taken kind and compassionate care of me. Accommodating in time of emergencies (broken molar) and determining a plan to improve my dental and overall health. I’m so thankful for this practice. Thanks to all for taking care of me.
This is as close to a perfect dental practice as you will find, IMO. Never any loud or disgruntled or impatient workers. Today I had a small thing on my insurance submission that needed fixing. It was resubmitted within 5 minutes of my call. I’ve had Dr. Baer and her assistant Sandra do a lot of work for me, mostly crowns, and my trust in them was fully justified. If you try Natural Dentist Associates, you’ll never want to go elsewhere again. Oh, and Kelsey is a fantastic dental hygienist!
