Natural Concepts is the best! I absolutely love my new cut and color. This was the third time I've been there and I can't believe how well the color has stayed and how nice the cut looks. I've gotten more compliments since I've started going there than I have had in the last ten years! The staff are all so personable and welcoming, too, and the pricing for services is more than reasonable. If you're looking for an AVEDA salon in Peoria, look no further than this one. Natural Concepts is awesome!

Thanks for nothing. I went in to get a hair cut, to fix a bad hair cut. I told her what I didn't want and then she tells me its the only way to fix your hair. Point cutting and making layers more messy is not a hair cut... Nor did it fix anything. I called to tell them... Tried to speak to owner, he didn't even return my call. They just want your money, they don't care what u have to deal with after.

Worst experience I ever had. I got a wrong highlights and spent 4 hrs. They gave me a bog bill. So disspponted by their service. They don't even know how to give me a burgandy color highlights...The owner was inspecting teh guys who was doing all this still very bad results. Dont go for all color highlights. They are limited to basic I think.

Great spa in Peoria, Illinois – I visited this place after getting a chemical burn at Five Senses Spa. Ouch! (Buyer beware!!) Natural Concepts is LOVELY! From the welcoming staff to the massage professionals hands' of wonder and delight, this place is a nice little afternoon of relaxation just waiting to be discovered. The prices are totally affordable and they often have promotions, so be sure to check out their packages and special prices.

Awesome Salon – I had an appointment today for cut & color, my first at Natural Concepts. What a wonderful experience all around! I was welcomed warmly upon checking in and offered Aveda tea or coffee. The atmosphere is professional, yet friendly and relaxed. My stylist was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and my hair has never looked so shiny & rich. My time at the salon was both relaxing and affordable. I've already scheduled another appointment and look forward to returning in six weeks!

Owner Natural Concepts – I was shocked at the review Pfeiffer 90 left . Not only did we not have anyone by that name in our salon, we do not allow any conversations that are inappropriate or dirty. Sure hope she liked her simple haircut !!!!!

Dirty and unacceptable gossip – I was in for a simple haircut with a new male stylist and I was almost embarassed at the conversations from the other stylists. It was highly inappropriate.

Love this Salon – Highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, I love all the Aveda products too.
